2008 Training and Technical Assistance Program

Details, dates and locations at http://www.amber-net.org. In each case, transportation to/from the training site, lodging and tuition are covered. The individual (their agency) is responsible for meals, ground transportation and incidental expenses. It's a good deal plus excellent training.

FEMA Advanced Pubic Information Officer Training

The intent of the course is application of public information skills to a major emergency or disaster situation. This is accomplished with a series of lecture presentations and courses over a four-day period. Click here for more information.
